Damian Fletcher is the owner and operator of Central Highlands Inspections. He has 20+ years of experience in residential and commercial construction across a range of high-end architectural buildings and heritage restoration. This extensive background provides him with practical, real-world understanding of construction quality, defects and long-term performance.

With a deep understanding of Australian Standards and Construction compliance, he holds an Advanced Diploma of Building Surveying, timber pest inspection qualifications and is insured for both public liability and professional indemnity.

Based in Central Victoria, Damian has extensive knowledge of the region’s building heritage styles, construction methods and common building issues, enabling him to provide prompt and comprehensive building consultations.
