Our Process
1: Book
Visit our Contact Us page to complete a Booking Form or simply call or email to book an inspection time that suits. We will confirm duration and payment details and any pre-inspection requirements.
2. On-site Inspection
We will complete a thorough, independent inspection of the property using industry standards and the latest in thermal and moisture detection equipment.
Depending on the size and condition of the property, most inspections take between 2 and 3.5 hours.
3. Report Delivered
A clear, detailed PDF report including photos and findings will be delivered via email within 24 hours of the inspection.
4. Follow-up/Review
We offer an optional follow-up phone call, where we can guide you through the report, explain key issues and answer any questions you may have, ensuring you can make informed decisions.
We don’t just inspect, send the report and move on - we always take the time to ensure you fully understand your report.
